I worked on creating an online presence for the company and the Managing Director on Facebook, and most importantly on LinkedIn.
This proved to be effective because he was immediately contacted via LinkedIn and connected with many people. Some were surprised to know that he owns a new insurance broker. This is important because the goal at the moment is to increase the broker's recognition on the island.
Additionally, I created a promotional clip is displayed on the LED boards at the Plaza where the office is situated.
Furthermore, I design and ordered certain promotional products such as pens, ceramic mugs, stickers, and canvas bags.
To conclude, my first two weeks were full of tasks that will contribute to my marketing plan.
